Sterling Silver 925: All our silver jewelry is made in solid Sterling Silver 925. It is the most common form of silver used in jewelry, containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The copper is added to make the silver harder and more suitable for jewelry.
We also use genuine leather for some of our products.
You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Exchange: Of course! You can change it for another product, another size or another color in the same category. You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your order for a product that suits you better. Don't forget to send us the tracking number to verify that your order has reached us.
Refund: Yes, you have 7 days to request a refund. From the day it was delivered.
Returns: We will process this for you as soon as possible! Just follow these steps :)
1) Pack the goods you are returning in the box we originally sent you.
2) Add your order number in a visible location on the outside of the box.
3) Mail the package with the carrier of your choice (express service recommended : DHL, TNT, Fedex…) to the following address:

4) Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number so that we can follow up with the carrier in case it goes missing.

Once we receive your package and verify the products, we will proceed with your return request.
The billing address can be different from the shipping address, but both addresses must be in the same country. In addition, the billing address must be in the same country where you placed your order.

Our jewelry is 100% produced in Bali – Indonesia in our own factory, handmade by 20 year’s experienced silver smiths.
We design all our jewelry in our own studio in legendary Canggu area in Bali. You can visit us anytime and meet us in person!
