What countries do you ship to ?

We ship worldwide! Sometimes, shipments to countries may carry additional fees and taxes, in this case, it will be in charge of the buyer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments with
Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal system.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. 

When selecting PayPal as payment option at checkout, you will be
directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before
clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return
to www.session-jewelry.com

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Sterling Silver 925: All our silver jewelry is made in solid Sterling Silver 925. It is
the most common form of silver used in jewelry, containing 92.5% pure silver
and 7.5% copper. The copper is added to make the silver harder and more
suitable for jewelry. 

We also use genuine leather for some of our products.

Once I order something - what happens next?

You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

How do I track my order

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Can I request an exchange? a refund? a return?

Exchange: Of course! You can change it for another product, another size or another color in the same
category. You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your order for a
product that suits you better. Don't forget to send us the tracking number to
verify that your order has reached us.

Refund: Yes, you have 7 days to request a refund. From the day it was delivered.

Returns: We will process this
for you as soon as possible! Just follow these steps :)  

1) Pack the goods you are
returning in the box we originally sent you.

2) Add your order number in a
visible location on the outside of the box.

3) Mail the package with the
carrier of your choice (express service recommended : DHL, TNT, Fedex…) to the
following address:

4) Please keep your shipping
receipt and tracking number so that we can follow up with the carrier in case
it goes missing.        

5) Confirm the return by mail
and include a photo of the proof of shipment.

Once we receive your package
and verify the products, we will proceed with your return request.

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

The billing address can be different from the shipping address, but both addresses must be in the same country. In addition, the billing address must be in the same country where you placed your order.

Where the jewelry is produced ?

Our jewelry is 100% produced in Bali – Indonesia in our own factory,
handmade by 20 year’s experienced silver smiths.

How do I care for my silver jewelry?

1) Always protect your jewelry from scratches, chemicals and extreme temperatures

2) Store your jewelry in clean, dry space

3) Remove it before swimming, bathing, surfing and other water based activities…

4) Clean it with the session. cloth included in your package

5) Avoid spraying perfume or after shave directly onto jewelry

6) Take care when using lotions or creams

7) Love your jewelry and your jewelry will love you !

I have placed an order but I haven't received my order confirmation.

You have probably entered the wrong email address. Please contact our customer support team and describe the problem. Make sure to include your order number, full name and the date the order was placed.
